Our DELIVERY METHOD and Target Audience
Program Delivery
A HUD-certified counselor provides group education session(s) via online, in-person, and through group seminars. Your coach will teach you what the loan process includes, guide you through steps of your purchase process and then continue to support you as you complete the process on your own.
In addition to individual coaching sessions, we offer small group coaching sessions for people who want additional information.
- You’ll discuss your specific housing-related challenge in detail with the coach.
- The coach will gather information about your financial situation, credit history, housing goals, and any challenges you face.
- Based on this information, the coach will develop a personalized counseling plan tailored to your needs.
Follow-up Sessions:
Subsequent sessions will usually focus on specific action steps outlined in the counseling plan.
