Tracey Powell is a leader in financial literacy, banking and finance. She is dedicated to the wellness and personal growth of families in metropolitan communities, as well as rural areas. She strives for excellence as she creates, directs and participates in programs that empower individuals and families to be productive members of their community.

Ms. Powell’s career has mainly focused on the banking and finance industry. She has always found time to educate clients on how to improve their credit scores, create savings plans and follow their budgets. Many of her clients have become homeowners and small business owners with her guidance and coaching. She continues to be an active volunteer at Marietta Housing Authority where she facilities financial literacy workshops.

 Ms. Powell has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Business Management and a Master’s of Business Administration – Marketing from Saint Leo University.   She is a certified Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) and a Toastmasters Competent Communicator.  Her education and experience gave her the foundation to assist Invest Atlanta in their mission to revitalize the City of Atlanta through creating sound, established communities of people that truly care about their neighborhoods.

Ms. Powell has worked in the non-profit arena, quasi-governmental agencies, and an educational capacity to promote financial dignity through assisting participants in increasing their credit scores, increasing their savings, and reducing their debts while creating a mentality of wealth that will last them a lifetime.  She continues to create a leveled playing field of financial wellness in regard to small businesses, homeownership, disaster relief and preparedness and financial literacy.

Most significantly, she is a Realtor with Keller Williams, a Certified HUD Housing Counselor, Certified Freddie Mac CreditSmart Coach/Facilitator, the founder and CEO of Thrive Now 78, Inc., a non-profit organization that focuses on educating and providing the tools necessary for her audience to live a wealthy life – mentally, spiritually, financially, physically and relationally.  Peeling back the layers of your past life will help you build a strong foundation for your future.
